    All purchased video files will be available for download (MP4 format) via the Reed Events App within 6 hours of your ceremony concluding. All prebooked Stage Videos can be claimed via the Reed Events App. Upon locating and selecting your stage image, continue to 'Shop Now' to view options. Under 'Stage Video Option', select the option 'I have prebooked my Stage Video', then scroll to enter the email address you booked on to verify the order. Then simple 'Add to Cart' and submit the order.
