    Prints will be thoughtfully retouched, printed and delivered to your nominated address within 4 weeks.
    Digital images are made available directly to download from our website. You can access these by logging in and hitting the "My Account" button in the top right and then from the drop-down menu. On the order summary page click the download button beside your order.
    No, a digital image purchase entitles you to download the image selected only. Please purchase our 'Digital Pack' if you would like to obtain a digital copy of all your Portrait Session images.
    No, digital images are non-refundable as you receive the product immediately and it cannot be returned.
    The Digital Pack will include all your Portrait Session images. The images will be available to download from the “My Account” section of our website.
    Premium frames have a high quality mould and are fitted with a glass front.
